Are you a young person, aged 16-17, who is keen to start a career in sports and fitness? Moseley Road Baths is one of this year’s ‘Team Birmingham’ locations for Coach Core, a programme designed to help twenty young people from the city to progress into a career as a future sports coach!
The Royal Foundation are working in partnership with Coach Core Birmingham to help young people work towards attaining a Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship L2 Standard. Their programme is intended to help young people through:
- Achieving qualifications and vocational training;
- Mentoring and experience of working alongside professionals;
- Practical experience of working in the sports industry;
- An opportunity to meet new people of a similar age and give something back to the community;
- The opportunity to attend exciting events and training.
